The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the America Futebol Clube SP defense, Godfried Teunens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Rasiak. The America Futebol Clube SP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Rasiak should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iago Bala in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Peli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfried Teunens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Bichineta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Iago Bala scored to the left of an out of position Silvestre Peli, making the score, 1-1. In the 21st minute of the game Amado Filipo made a throw-in which Felix Castel played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dreas Jamieson in the 25th minute of play forced La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Iago Bala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to America Futebol Clube SP getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Carlos Capixaba hit a great ball. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Poncio Justo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Xavier in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Godfried Teunens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Stefan Rasiak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Godfried Teunens made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes La Bichineta got a freekick which was hit by Amado Filipo. In the 62nd minute Iago Bala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Iago Bala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Peli. La Bichineta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iago Bala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. La Bichineta's Eliseo Iigo was substituted for Godfried Teunens. La Bichineta's Vennard Rojak was substituted for Dorival de Azevedo. America Futebol Clube SP made a substitution. Arthur Laguna replaced Dreas Jamieson. Stefan Rasiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Iigo in the 78th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Jeronimo Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Iigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Stefan Rasiak made a huge save. Stefan Rasiak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseo Iigo went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Rico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Silvestre Peli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Bichineta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
