A collision led to America Futebol Clube SP getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Oton Mendez hit a great ball. Stefan Rasiak made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Ronan McCunn sent off a good shot on target. Ray Clemence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iago Bala in the 8th minute of play. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save America Futebol Clube SP from getting a goal against them. Ray Clemence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iago Bala in the 11th minute of play. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Erubiel Nabar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Iago Bala managed to get in a good position for a shot. America Futebol Clube SP's supporters rose to their feet, but Iago Bala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ray Clemence breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save America Futebol Clube SP from getting a goal against them. After having played for 24 minutes, Ronan McCunn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PHOENIX SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronan McCunn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goal looked a bit too open when Iago Bala came free, but Ray Clemence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iago Bala scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ray Clemence, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 33 minutes PHOENIX SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dreas Jamieson who took care of the corner kick. Dreas Jamieson made a great header on America Futebol Clube SP's corner, it was just that PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Monteiro in the 36th minute of play forced PHOENIX SC's goalkeeper Ray Clemence to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronan McCunn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Stefan Rasiak made a huge save. After 39 minutes of play, PHOENIX SC's Frederico Hendrickx made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Rasiak was left in no man's land by his defense there! 42 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Hendrickx came free, but Stefan Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

PHOENIX SC made a substitution. Samai Asmawan replaced Ronan McCunn. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samai Asmawan in the 57th minute of play. Frederico Hendrickx's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Rasiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. America Futebol Clube SP's Arthur Laguna was substituted for Dreas Jamieson. In the 63rd minute of the match PHOENIX SC got a corner. America Futebol Clube SP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hanung Sephtianda ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Hanung Sephtianda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stefan Rasiak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Stefan Rasiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attila Toldi in the 65th minute of the match. Stefan Rasiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attila Toldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samai Asmawan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeu Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goalkeeper Ray Clemence had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Rico. In the 90th minute, Samai Asmawan made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Rasiak. America Futebol Clube SP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Stefan Rasiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Toldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samai Asmawan struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Stefan Rasiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PHOENIX SC. PHOENIX SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
