Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Danel in the 4th minute of play. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Jacinto in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14thth minute of the game Severo Danel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Danel came free, but Fernando Selatse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute of the game Yanek Davchev made a throw-in which Niklas Örnberg played forward. Leopoldo Jacinto scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Selatse, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Leopoldo Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA-LULIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Jacinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Selatse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Han Chao Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Örnberg in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Han Chao Sang in the 41st minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toro Martínez hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Jacinto was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vitomir Starokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Tino in the 68th minute of play. When Despidida AFC's Emiliano Velasco in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Niklas Örnberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 93rd minute Leopoldo Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CSKA-LULIN played a much better game than Despidida AFC and deserved their victory. The Despidida AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
