The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's goalkeeper Nizam Soner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulinho Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nizam Soner having to make a save. Nizam Soner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Gonçalves in the 10th minute of the match. After 13 minutes of play, !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Nereo Luke made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Nihat Yıldıray was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the match, Estación Q.'s goal looked a bit too open when Batıhan Seyfeddin came free, but Arif Nihat Yıldıray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Batıhan Seyfeddin scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arif Nihat Yıldıray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Paulinho Gonçalves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nizam Soner. Paulinho Gonçalves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The supporters of Estación Q. booed when !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Bedri Orcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Virgilio Maraman fired a really elegant long shot, but Nizam Soner threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Ziya Özcakir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Nizam Soner made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulinho Gonçalves in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nizam Soner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arif Nihat Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Luke, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute Bobby Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Nihat Yıldıray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nereo Luke made a kick off. !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Nizam Soner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Gonçalves in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulinho Gonçalves in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nizam Soner saved !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Luke in the 69th minute of play forced Estación Q.'s goalkeeper Arif Nihat Yıldıray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estación Q. made a substitution. Flavio Chap replaced Ziya Özcakir. Gilbert Alströmmer hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Arif Nihat Yıldıray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Luke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Nereo Luke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Nihat Yıldıray was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Aurelio Mincho took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nizam Soner. Nizam Soner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3.
