The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The supporters of CSKA-LULIN booed when Predador Brasiliense MZBR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 played minutes, CSKA-LULIN's Niklas Örnberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vítor Damas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CSKA-LULIN reached it. Vítor Damas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Jacinto's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Hélio de Amorim in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CSKA-LULIN's Severo Danel. Vitomir Starokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélio de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Aílton Moura got a free kick in the 24th minute. Severo Danel scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vítor Damas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camerino Lavalle in the 28th minute of play forced CSKA-LULIN's goalkeeper Vitomir Starokin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Jacinto in the 30th minute of the match. Vítor Damas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Ding Maldini lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. With an all-out effort, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Vitomir Starokin threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hélio de Amorim, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camerino Lavalle to make the kick off. Han Chao Sang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vitomir Starokin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camerino Lavalle in the 56th minute of the match. Vítor Damas made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Severo Danel sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Predador Brasiliense MZBR's zone, Niklas Örnberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Damas came out of the goal and Niklas Örnberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CSKA-LULIN's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Predador Brasiliense MZBR had won, even though CSKA-LULIN had held more of the ball.
