Domingo Baristo lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Marcelinho Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Placido Baldovino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelinho Hermes's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Marcelinho Hermes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Baldovino having to make a save.
