In the 3rd minute Narciso Tano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Bartoleme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisito Caradaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Rozarius scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmar Bartoleme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Paulo Gonzalez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gavino Orlan, 1-1. 17 minutes into the match, Danilo Garikoitz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan. Gavino Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lisandro Tomi hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Paulo Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gavino Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Narciso Tano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Bartoleme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Rozarius in the 30th minute of play forced VERΛ's goalkeeper Delmar Bartoleme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Louis in the 32nd minute of play. Gerardo Sabin lost his temper 35 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for VERΛ. Eleuterio Ferdinand stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gavino Orlan. 3-1. VERΛ's Delmar Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Tano in the 43rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Rozarius in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Bartoleme prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luisito Caradaro to make the kick off. When Rosendo Bidun fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VERΛ's protests and gave Rosendo Bidun a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ booed when VERΛ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Bidun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Saverio Ladio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Bartoleme skillfully saved the ball. Hermengildo Bertol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Delmar Bartoleme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Cresencio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Diego Mederi fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s protests and gave Diego Mederi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Diego Mederi hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the game, VERΛ's Paulo Gonzalez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gavino Orlan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Hermengildo Bertol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Rozarius in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmar Bartoleme saved VERΛ from getting behind. In the 84th minute Luisito Caradaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Luisito Caradaro notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan. Gavino Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the match, VERΛ's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Rozarius came free, but Delmar Bartoleme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
