In the 6th match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Çağrı Özdoa to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Under 18 Universe's Balamir Taykoç seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Balamir Taykoç the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Under 18 Universe protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Balamir Taykoç had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 9 minutes into the game, one of Under 18 Universe:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Teis Harkild showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ümit Akersoy in the 13th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Under 18 Universe got a freekick which was hit by Ümit Akersoy. 18 minutes into the game, one of STØD-G™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Under 18 Universe. Atalan Maruf stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teis Harkild. 0-1. A collision led to Under 18 Universe getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Asrın Peyami hit a great ball. Bertil Brønno took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tahsin Orguntay. Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Under 18 Universe's Atalan Maruf got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Jonatan Sandrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tahsin Orguntay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Dyrbye in the 32nd minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Under 18 Universe got a freekick which was hit by Göktuğ Boysel. 34 minutes into the game, Ümit Akersoy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Under 18 Universe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STØD-G™ the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ümit Akersoy to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute of the match Arnold Næsborg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tahsin Orguntay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Under 18 Universe's Tahsin Orguntay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Dyrbye in the 39th minute of play. Teis Harkild took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulusi Berkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Hulusi Berkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Under 18 Universe were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerhardt Torgersen to strike the kick off in the second half. Teis Harkild made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Görkem Mümtaz in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Under 18 Universe were awarded a corner. Atalan Maruf went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 62nd minute, Ümit Akersoy made a precise shot to the right of Teis Harkild. STØD-G™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When Ümit Akersoy came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Under 18 Universe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ümit Akersoy couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Under 18 Universe's Atalan Maruf got a free kick in the 68th minute. The supporters of STØD-G™ booed when Under 18 Universe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalan Maruf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hulusi Berkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute, Arnold Næsborg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Under 18 Universe's Osman Ali Seyyid got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Under 18 Universe's Teis Harkild threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hulusi Berkman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 87th minute, Rolf Dyrbye ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tahsin Orguntay was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Ümit Akersoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Dyrbye, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Jonatan Sandrup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
