With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Zinon Galanos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lu Zhou Mo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Damián Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Eikelkamp in the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to A.E.T. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Emil Bank hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damián Martínez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A.E.T.'s Damián Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Zinon Galanos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.E.T.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt to fire away a dangerous shot which Damián Martínez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Bank was the one to do the kick off. After 50 minutes, Emil Bank made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Bank in the 56th minute of the match. A.E.T.'s Damián Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 71st minute of play. Damián Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, A.E.T.'s Fokas Bartzos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute Fokas Bartzos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Tuitert to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Fokas Bartzos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A.E.T. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Netherlands for a fine match.
