Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rafal Pieprz kicked off to start the match. With his leg Ilija Skugor managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Borussia Dortmund's Rafal Pieprz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Wincenty Mazurkiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borussia Dortmund's protests and gave Wincenty Mazurkiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, Borussia Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Mazurkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Croatia booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Dranka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Rafal Lampa sent off a good shot on target. Dinko Stankovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ryszard Rudy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ryszard Rudy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toni Mauzer in the 16th minute of the match. Rafal Pieprz scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilija Skugor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Pieprz in the 27th minute of play. Patrik Terzic hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Kajetan Banan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Borussia Dortmund's Rafal Pieprz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Toni Mauzer scored 2-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ryszard Rudy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Toni Mauzer made the kick off in the second half. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Pieprz in the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Damir Pongrac hit a great ball. Benjamin Domazet's late challenge caught a Borussia Dortmund's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Domazet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Domazet to maneuver through the defense. Filip Moczkiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Rafal Pieprz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Dortmund fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 64th match minute, Borussia Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Mazurkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Kajetan Banan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szczepan Wnukowski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ilija Skugor. Croatia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajetan Banan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Croatia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Borussia Dortmund a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filip Moczkiewicz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. 5-1. In the 88th minute, Kajetan Banan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Wincenty Mazurkiewicz notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kajetan Banan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Borussia Dortmund's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
