Jedrzej Kloczko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Glenn Fyfe firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, James Batistuta put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Zenon Pluciennik. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Daniel Golembiewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. KP Primator Oława's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Golembiewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Dumitru Purcărete came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the A4p FC Gad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumitru Purcărete couldn't finish the play. Zenon Pluciennik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Del Piero in the 34th minute of the match. The KP Primator Oława players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. A4p FC Gad were winning 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. James Batistuta was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, James Batistuta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zenon Pluciennik was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Glenn Fyfe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Januszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Dumitru Purcărete came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the A4p FC Gad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumitru Purcărete couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, KP Primator Oława's Zenon Pluciennik got control of the ball when Dumitru Purcărete tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Jedrzej Kloczko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KP Primator Oława's Wlodzimierz Januszewski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when KP Primator Oława was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Januszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. KP Primator Oława's Franciszek Szarmach was substituted for Wawrzyniec Zalipski. KP Primator Oława's Olof Billberg was substituted for Jedrzej Kloczko. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Gică Busuioc replaced James Batistuta. In the 76th minute of the match A4p FC Gad got a corner. KP Primator Oława's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcin Pachucki ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zenon Pluciennik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Scorpio in the 85th minute of the match. In the last second Zenon Pluciennik throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gică Busuioc in the 88thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 88 minutes, Gică Busuioc made it 2-5 with a short kick to the right side. KP Primator Oława's Zenon Pluciennik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zenon Pluciennik made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Flavius Cândroveanu sent off a good shot on target. Olof Billberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zenon Pluciennik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gică Busuioc in the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A4p FC Gad had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
