Wolverhampton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joxa mé trasan the free kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Pihlgren was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the game, Joxa mé trasan's Cao Zhen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Johnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Tomas Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Flinta in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Wolverhampton's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Flinta came free, but Tomas Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Fred Flinta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Cao Zhen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolverhampton's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
