In the 23rdth minute of the game Manuel Pantiș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Romania's Marioara Matei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, U21 Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Ramos came free, but Marioara Matei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Manuel Pantiș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute Sebastian Mailat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Niculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marius Niculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Braru in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, FC BRADUL -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Mailat came free, but Marius Niculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC BRADUL -MM-'s Marius Niculescu got control of the ball when Sebastian Mailat tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Mailat in the 61st minute of play forced FC BRADUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Marius Niculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When FC BRADUL -MM-'s Marcu Dumitrescu in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye U21 Romania's goalie prevented a goal. Sebastian Mailat might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marius Niculescu. In the 66th match minute, U21 Romania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Capablanca to maneuver through the defense. FC BRADUL -MM-'s Narcis Godeanu was substituted for Iustinian Fecioru. FC BRADUL -MM-'s Vali Papaiani was substituted for Paşa Ali Soysan. FC BRADUL -MM- made a substitution. Ionel Pârvulescu replaced Eusebiu Fânaru. In the 68th match minute, U21 Romania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Capablanca to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Marioara Matei throw himself and got hold of the ball when Marcu Dumitrescu in the 69thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Sebastian Mailat struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Marius Niculescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Romania. In the 76th minute, Marcu Dumitrescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marioara Matei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Tudor in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marius Niculescu saved FC BRADUL -MM- from getting behind. FC BRADUL -MM-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
