With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Donovan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mitchel Dijkstra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrose Keen in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carrol McLean in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mitchel Dijkstra saved Young Benefica from getting behind. Tomas Donovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Breckenfeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Young Benefica's Mitchel Dijkstra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrose Keen in the 33rd minute of play. Mitchel Dijkstra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carrol McLean in the 37th minute of play. Flames FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Micheal Burnham in the 39th minute. The corner led Flames FC's Micheal Burnham to fire away a dangerous shot which Mitchel Dijkstra despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Feyzullay Taşkıner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Young Benefica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flames FC the free kick. The supporters of Flames FC booed when Young Benefica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feyzullay Taşkıner didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Ambrose Keen made the kick off in the second half. Walmir Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tomas Donovan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Donovan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feyzullay Taşkıner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Donovan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Walmir Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Young Benefica got a freekick which was hit by Feyzullay Taşkıner. Tomas Donovan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Breckenfeld in the 70th minute of play. Berry Giles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mitchel Dijkstra having to interfere. Walmir Breckenfeld scored 1-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Donovan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Walmir Breckenfeld sped through Flames FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomas Donovan. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Feyzullay Taşkıner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Young Benefica's supporters rose to their feet, but Feyzullay Taşkıner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Donovan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir Breckenfeld in the 96th minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Tomas Donovan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Young Benefica's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
