Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FC Luck's Eduard Mutu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Husaria Tarnów's Petrus Szczęsny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Mutu in the 6th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Eduard Mutu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Luck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Mutu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gavril Neicu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Sever Patriciu could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Petrus Szczęsny however easily saved by the left post. FC Luck's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niculae Mercescu in the 22nd minute. Niculae Mercescu made a great header on FC Luck's corner, it was just that Husaria Tarnów's Petrus Szczęsny managed to reach the ball for a save. After 27 played minutes Husaria Tarnów got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Bakes. FC Luck's Nicu Mincu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Zagrodny in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Eduard Mutu made a precise shot to the right of Petrus Szczęsny. Husaria Tarnów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With his leg Petrus Szczęsny managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when FC Luck's Sever Patriciu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gustaw Kaczorowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Mincu having to interfere. Petrus Szczęsny came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Luck's Sever Patriciu. But to his dismay, Sever Patriciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A sloppy throw-in by Norbert Bakes in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Luck's Silviu Bădila. Sever Patriciu scored 3-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petrus Szczęsny, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gustaw Kaczorowski made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Sever Patriciu hit a great ball. Norbert Bakes made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Luck's Gavril Neicu. Petrus Szczęsny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sever Patriciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Luck's Nicu Mincu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save FC Luck from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Husaria Tarnów getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Lech Zagrodny hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sever Patriciu in the 61st minute of play forced Husaria Tarnów's goalkeeper Petrus Szczęsny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Luck's Eduard Mutu managed to work through Husaria Tarnów's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Eduard Mutu dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a little luck, FC Luck's Nicu Mincu got control of the ball when Lech Zagrodny tried to sneak it across the goal line.
