The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Peder Alström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Su Premetis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The corner ended in Thomas Söderquist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fusk&Bygg AB's Su Premetis did a great save. Kent Näver came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Fusk&Bygg AB's Ralf Sundin. But to his dismay, Ralf Sundin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Su Premetis made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Mikael Juhlin sent off a good shot on target. Su Premetis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Alström in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Sören Gregersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Premetis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, INIXET BK's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Sundin came free, but Kent Näver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fusk&Bygg AB's Su Premetis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Fusk&Bygg AB from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Ralf Sundin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of INIXET BK's Kent Näver. Kent Näver was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 36 played minutes Fusk&Bygg AB got a freekick which was hit by Hampus Håkansson. Su Premetis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Gregersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Su Premetis made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Sören Gregersson sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Fusk&Bygg AB's zone, Thomas Söderquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Su Premetis came out of the goal and Thomas Söderquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Su Premetis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sören Gregersson in the 51st minute of play. Kent Näver made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralf Sundin in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, INIXET BK's Mikael Juhlin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Ralf Sundin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kent Näver. INIXET BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ralf Sundin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 57 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's Ralf Sundin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kent Näver narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Su Premetis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Juhlin in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sören Gregersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Su Premetis was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. INIXET BK's Kent Näver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Sundin in the 63rd minute of play. Bennvar Bonk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Näver having to interfere. Fusk&Bygg AB's Arne Broman was substituted for Bennvar Bonk. Su Premetis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Söderquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, INIXET BK's Peder Alström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Su Premetis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. With an all-out effort, Fusk&Bygg AB's Kent Näver threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arne Broman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fusk&Bygg AB had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
