With his leg Drew Knight managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Bajenland's Adriano Croti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 28thth minute of the game Gus Weir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bajenland's Emil Hägg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Real Chelsea's Gus Weir in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bajenland's goalie prevented a goal. Gus Weir's late challenge caught a Bajenland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gus Weir helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Real Chelsea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gus Weir to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adriano Croti to strike the kick off in the second half. Real Chelsea's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
