Wara's Abdelnasser Mohand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rios in the 6th minute of play. Larkins Potter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Adolfo Grau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdelnasser Mohand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorvald Egfjord in the 14th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Wara's Adolfo Grau threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Einar Vestberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Nikola in the 19th minute of play forced Wara's goalkeeper Abdelnasser Mohand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Wara defense, Thorvald Egfjord kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdelnasser Mohand. The Wara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdelnasser Mohand should have stopped the shot. Abdelnasser Mohand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rios in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Larkins Potter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Grau was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Einar Vestberg struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Adolfo Grau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wara. Abdelnasser Mohand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thorvald Egfjord went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, Wara's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Styles came free, but Abdelnasser Mohand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorvald Egfjord in the 43rd minute of play forced Wara's goalkeeper Abdelnasser Mohand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brujas KV's Zachary Pliszka was substituted for Fulgencio Nikola. In the 49th minute of the match Wara got a corner. Brujas KV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cheb El-Hadi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cheb El-Hadi made a great header on Wara's corner, it was just that Brujas KV's Adolfo Grau managed to reach the ball for a save. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Zachary Pliszka made the kick off in the second half. Zachary Pliszka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Abdelnasser Mohand made a huge save. Larkins Potter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Grau having to make a save. Larkins Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd minute, Thorvald Egfjord got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Grau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheb El-Hadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Abdelnasser Mohand made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Thorvald Egfjord sent off a good shot on target. Adolfo Grau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larkins Potter in the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Zachary Pliszka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Abdelnasser Mohand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wara's Abdelnasser Mohand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Wara from getting a goal against them. Abdelnasser Mohand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachary Pliszka in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Wara's Abdelnasser Mohand got control of the ball when Zachary Pliszka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adolfo Grau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einar Vestberg in the 93rd minute of the match.
