It was a well-played corner which Ulryk Huk managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 20th minute CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Xande Campbell went to the cornerflag to take it. Xande Campbell made a great header on CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's corner, it was just that CACYFA's Luis Quirce managed to reach the ball for a save. Afonso da Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Quirce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Afonso da Cunha to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CACYFA's Luis Quirce. Luis Quirce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Alfredo Emeterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81stth minute of the game Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CACYFA's Luis Quirce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Larpe in the 83rd minute of play. Ludomil Ziomkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaspar Dunixi in the 86th minute.
