Alvaro Abar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 8th minute Alvaro Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Lewkowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szymon Banaszak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Augusto Ellande made a huge save. FC Kamienica Polska's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Simon Patzelt in the 14th minute. Mercedes's Augusto Ellande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes from getting a goal against them. When Alvaro Abar came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Mercedes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Abar couldn't finish the play. Alvaro Abar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marian Lewkowicz having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Abar in the 25th minute of play forced FC Kamienica Polska's goalkeeper Marian Lewkowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Kauldi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Alvaro Abar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Lewkowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Alvaro Abar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mercedes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Abar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Abar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marian Lewkowicz was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kamienica Polska's goalkeeper Marian Lewkowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Mercedes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Szymon Banaszak made a kick off. When Simon Patzelt came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the FC Kamienica Polska fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Patzelt couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Mercedes's Alvaro Abar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marian Lewkowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mercedes's Anibal Phelipe was substituted for Melquiades Chinto. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kamienica Polska's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anier Mon was slow to take the kick. During this time Mercedes's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Mercedes's Geovanni Carioca getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Marian Lewkowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mercedes. Patryk Dzerwucki was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. FC Kamienica Polska made a substitution. Mercedes's Jan-Ivar Nordmo was substituted for Alvaro Abar. 81 minutes into the game, one of FC Kamienica Polska:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Anier Mon walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 87th minute, Jan-Ivar Nordmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marian Lewkowicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 91 minutes, Jan-Ivar Nordmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mercedes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Ivar Nordmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 96 minutes Mercedes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Simon Patzelt who took care of the corner kick. The FC Kamienica Polska supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mercedes's performance. The match ended with a win for Mercedes.
