Faustão de Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michal Majdoch's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmond Boureau to make the kick off. Ciseski‘s's Edmond Boureau got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eric Gary showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Romário, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michal Majdoch got free with Faustão de Moraes in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, one of Jagiellonia Denver:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jagiellonia Denver. Jagiellonia Denver:s Eric Gary showed great skill when he stopped Yanniek Van Laeck:s penalty. Yanniek Van Laeck took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Gary. Eric Gary dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After having played for 70 minutes, Roberto Romário managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciseski‘s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Romário was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jagiellonia Denver's Rodrigo Chap was substituted for Nicolae Costa. In the 74th minute, 蔡伟洲 made a precise shot to the right of Faustão de Moraes. Ciseski‘s's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 77 minutes into the game, Michal Majdoch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jagiellonia Denver's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciseski‘s the free kick. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Michal Majdoch took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Faustão de Moraes to make any attempt to save it. In the 94th minute, Rodrigo Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Jagiellonia Denver players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
