IFK Ranger's Tomas Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bieito Cubas in the 13th minute of play. Tomas Vennerlund made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Bieito Cubas sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, IFK Ranger's goalkeeper Tomas Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bieito Cubas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bieito Cubas in the 22nd minute of play forced IFK Ranger's goalkeeper Tomas Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Vennerlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Radziszewski in the 85th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Ksawery Radziszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Vennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Radziszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the IFK Ranger players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
