Jagiellonia Denver's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gnaget AIK the free kick. In the 69th minute, Stig-Åke Wall made a precise shot to the right of Eric Gary. Jagiellonia Denver's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Gnaget AIK's Viktor Kjellman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Gnaget AIK from getting a goal against them.
