An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoud Van Gestel in the 74th minute of play forced Gnaget AIK's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alvin Carlsson came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Gnaget AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvin Carlsson couldn't finish the play. Sven-Åke Springfält didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoud Van Gestel went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the match, Roni Coryn notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Gnaget AIK's Sven-Åke Springfält. Sven-Åke Springfält was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
