When Americo Frascuelo fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rebelution's protests and gave Americo Frascuelo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Americo Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Petersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute Oliver Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás Tauber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Rebelution's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Atarratze came free, but Agustín Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
