The supporters of Pannekoeken booed when Crystal Phallus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Sutherland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Crystal Phallus's goal looked a bit too open when Lukas Dilling came free, but Dom Butler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rhys Shepherd hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. A collision led to Crystal Phallus getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rhys Shepherd hit a great ball. Crystal Phallus's Dom Butler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Trenning in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Pannekoeken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nick van den Eede to maneuver through the defense. Ronald Kip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert King in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Olof Trenning cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dom Butler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Lukas Dilling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dom Butler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from René Batum in the 35th minute of the match. When Crystal Phallus's Stuart Thomas, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Crystal Phallus. With an all-out effort, Crystal Phallus's Ronald Kip threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Albert King, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. René Batum was the one to do the kick off. Dom Butler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from René Batum, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Dom Butler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from René Batum in the 57th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukas Dilling got free with Dom Butler in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute Ton Rijkaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dom Butler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling René Batum in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dom Butler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Pannekoeken's zone, Rhys Shepherd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronald Kip came out of the goal and Rhys Shepherd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Stuart Thomas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronald Kip took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Crystal Phallus getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Barry Clifford hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Crystal Phallus's Lawrence Gates got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Albert King managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crystal Phallus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert King was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Crystal Phallus manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Pannekoeken to win.
