An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Moscu in the 31st minute of play forced Defensores de Lombroso's goalkeeper Denis Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uriel Ferrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Pompiliu Murgescu made a huge save. Defensores de Lombroso's Amadeo Raebert was substituted for Roman Riquelme. Defensores de Lombroso's Valentín Barco was substituted for Lucio Cordarrol. Denis Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Moscu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pompiliu Murgescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Raebert, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to Defensores de Lombroso getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ubaldo Gelacio hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Ion Moscu managed to get in a good position for a shot. AVANTUL PETRICANI's supporters rose to their feet, but Ion Moscu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Paulin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denis Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ion Moscu in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Defensores de Lombroso players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AVANTUL PETRICANI.
