Renan Melo made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Florian Capasso sent off a good shot on target. If Florian Capasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Renan Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Capasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Capasso in the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of A.A. Francana booed when Merusca F&P - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fábio Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charlie Boström to make the kick off. Francana's Renan Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Capasso in the 52nd minute of play. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Marcinho Sabóia was substituted for Fumanchu Ponta. Bartosz Bereszynski got a throw-in 58 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Charlie Boström. 66 minutes into the match, Florian Capasso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Renan Melo. A.A. Francana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Capasso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Geovani Mangueira was substituted for Anderson Vidal. When Hélder Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Fonseca couldn't finish the play. If Pedrinho Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vihar Perchemliev hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, A.A. Francana's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Fonseca came free, but Renan Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Fellipe Capixaba got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Renan Melo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Roman Koenig who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Mauro-Facundo Buffon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Hélder Fonseca got a free kick in the 90th minute. Walmyr Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Koenig in the 94th minute.
