Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Manuel Raitin hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Lin Feng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. In the 15th minute of the match, Cordera Nunez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Kahn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 17 minutes, Cordera Nunez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1.CSKA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordera Nunez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cordera Nunez might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cordera Nunez ran back to his position shaking his head. Cordera Nunez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Cordera Nunez slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. Adrian Dreifuss charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Dreifuss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Cordera Nunez took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. Cordera Nunez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alexander Dikanarov was slow to take the kick. During this time 1.CSKA's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on 1.CSKA's corner Alexander Dikanarov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Cordera Nunez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute, Concetto Trentini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Cordera Nunez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 6-0 in the 48 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cordera Nunez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordera Nunez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Lin Feng in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, 1.CSKA's Lin Feng got control of the ball when Albin Holweck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lin Feng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 77th minute, Cordera Nunez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordera Nunez, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Cordera Nunez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Cordera Nunez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cordera Nunez went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordera Nunez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1.CSKA's Lin Feng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save 1.CSKA from getting a goal against them. When the referee ended the match the 1.CSKA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
