Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Novac came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Östen Hedin in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Ulf Nordlander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leroy Antunez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to DIF LEEDS BK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jörgen Beckman hit a great ball. The A.D. Alcorcón fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when A.D. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the A.D. Alcorcón players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
