The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Róbert Benkó came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Róbert Benkó couldn't finish the play. Zygmunt Koprowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BVB 09's Calistrat Spirea managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Maurino in the 9 minute of the game. In the 10th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by He Wei Feng to maneuver through the defense. BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Benkó in the 13th minute of play. Armada's Färid Mondragón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Cristoloveanu in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match BVB 09 got a corner. Armada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Petre Coporan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Armada's goalie and right to Doru Balint. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Armada's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Róbert Benkó managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armada's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbert Benkó was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zygmunt Koprowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the match, Armada's Róbert Benkó sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zygmunt Koprowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Calistrat Spirea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Róbert Benkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Koprowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Moise Cristoloveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BVB 09's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moise Cristoloveanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Armada's Róbert Benkó in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BVB 09's goalie prevented a goal. When Calistrat Spirea fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BVB 09's protests and gave Calistrat Spirea a yellow card for diving instead. Róbert Benkó took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zygmunt Koprowski. Zygmunt Koprowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Benkó in the 44th minute of play. Armada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ma Feng Sen in the 46th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ma Feng Sen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zygmunt Koprowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marin Manea made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Moise Cristoloveanu came free, but Färid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Armada's Róbert Benkó sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zygmunt Koprowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Róbert Benkó could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Zygmunt Koprowski made a huge save. Armada's Färid Mondragón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Cristoloveanu in the 65th minute of play. BVB 09's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Róbert Benkó scored to the left of an out of position Zygmunt Koprowski, making the score, 0-2. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind BVB 09's goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zygmunt Koprowski made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Róbert Benkó sent off a good shot on target. When Armada's Róbert Benkó in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BVB 09's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ma Feng Sen during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes Armada got a freekick which was hit by Ma Feng Sen. BVB 09's Avram Iurea was substituted for Doru Balint. Armada made a substitution. Vali Caramarin replaced Hong Zhen Hui. In the 85th minute, Ma Feng Sen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the game Diego Maurino made a throw-in which Edgar Șeicaru played forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Róbert Benkó managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armada's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbert Benkó was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zygmunt Koprowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Manea in the 93rd minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, BVB 09's Marin Manea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Färid Mondragón made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Armada had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
