The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elodio Ghinescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Teobald Kociniewski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Teobald Kociniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes, Fae Folgore's Olgierd Balonek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fae Folgore reached it. In the 11th minute João do Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Tufescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elodio Ghinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Fae Folgore getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Roman Kisielka hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Redisz in the 17th minute of play forced Fae Folgore's goalkeeper Teobald Kociniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobald Kociniewski came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC MCM's Radomil Redisz. But to his dismay, Radomil Redisz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of FC MCM booed when Fae Folgore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. João do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radomil Redisz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elodio Ghinescu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Manuel Tufescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincenty Szarmach in the 30th minute of the match. FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Kisielka in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to FC MCM getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mircea Bodiu hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Olgierd Balonek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fae Folgore fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Radomil Redisz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teobald Kociniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fae Folgore's Teobald Kociniewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Fae Folgore from getting a goal against them.

After having played for 55 minutes, Radomil Redisz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC MCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomil Redisz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wincenty Szarmach got free with Manuel Tufescu in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC MCM's Bogdan Agusoaei was substituted for Florin Gaciu. In the 65th minute of the match Fae Folgore got a corner. FC MCM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olgierd Balonek ran over to the corner to take the kick. Manuel Tufescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Barniszke in the 73rd minute of play. Radomil Redisz kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Redisz in the 91st minute of play forced Fae Folgore's goalkeeper Teobald Kociniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fae Folgore walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
