Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Benkó in the 13th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Moreno came free, but Färid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Armada defense, Teodoro Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Färid Mondragón. The Armada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Färid Mondragón should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Moreno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Färid Mondragón made a huge save. Aílton Freire hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Färid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Moreno in the 31st minute of play. Armada's Färid Mondragón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Armada from getting a goal against them. F.Salgado F.C. were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Armada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robert Macaneață took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Robert Macaneață got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Färid Mondragón quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Armada's Färid Mondragón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Armada's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Moreno. Diego Maurino kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Moreno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Färid Mondragón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Moreno in the 53rd minute of the match. Evandro Porto made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Armada's Diego Maurino. With his leg Matt Ryan managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Armada's Róbert Benkó fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Diego Maurino kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Benkó in the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Evandro Porto threw the ball into play from the sideline. Armada's Diego Maurino quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbert Benkó in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matt Ryan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matt Ryan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Róbert Benkó in the 78th minute. Cristo Negroni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Färid Mondragón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armada made a substitution. Vali Caramarin replaced Hong Zhen Hui. With a little luck, F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan got control of the ball when Róbert Benkó tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Armada players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for F.Salgado F.C..
