After taking down the ball on F.Salgado F.C.'s corner Pitin Sánchez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Qian Zheng Yi quite easily take care of the ball. In the 15th minute, Teodoro Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herblay were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after F.Salgado F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jean-Michel Portier took the corner. After having played for 22 minutes, Robert Macaneață managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.Salgado F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Macaneață was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Qian Zheng Yi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Moreno came free, but Qian Zheng Yi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qian Zheng Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Bellarabi in the 28th minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to F.Salgado F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cristo Negroni hit a great ball. Victor Testu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Matt Ryan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 38th minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Qian Zheng Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Iwo Mojsiewicz hit a great ball. In the 40th minute of the match Robert Macaneață shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Qian Zheng Yi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Bellarabi in the 44th minute of play. Adam Raulin's late challenge caught a F.Salgado F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adam Raulin helped the player get up and apologised. Adam Raulin hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Victor Testu made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Karim Bellarabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qian Zheng Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herblay's Qian Zheng Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Teodoro Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jean-Michel Portier hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Teodoro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qian Zheng Yi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 75th minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Qian Zheng Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qian Zheng Yi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teodoro Moreno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 76 minute of play. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Bellarabi in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Teodoro Moreno made a precise shot to the right of Qian Zheng Yi. Herblay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 84th minute F.Salgado F.C. were awarded a corner. Robert Macaneață went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Robert Macaneață got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Qian Zheng Yi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 87th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Herblay's Qian Zheng Yi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 90th minute of play. The throw-in from Damaso Fase in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.Salgado F.C.'s Pitin Sánchez. In the 93rd minute, Teodoro Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.Salgado F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched F.Salgado F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
