The Eintracht Cernavoda fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Eintracht Cernavoda's Gigel Gologan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jules Spinelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustacio Sotero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jules Spinelli ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jules Spinelli in the 15th minute of play forced Eintracht Cernavoda's goalkeeper Eustacio Sotero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Eintracht Cernavoda getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Gigel Gologan hit a great ball. When Les 3 Quilles FC's Jules Spinelli in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eustacio Sotero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Spinelli in the 31st minute of play. If Jules Spinelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Eintracht Cernavoda's Eustacio Sotero got control of the ball when Jules Spinelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rick Grimes in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eustacio Sotero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jules Spinelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eustacio Sotero having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rick Grimes during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Les 3 Quilles FC got a freekick which was hit by Rick Grimes. After 47 played minutes Eintracht Cernavoda got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Jder. Eintracht Cernavoda's Codrin Izbașa was substituted for Grigore Boacă.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jules Spinelli was the one to do the kick off. Bat Man showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Pantiș, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Les 3 Quilles FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Pantiș came free, but Bat Man reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bat Man made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filip Pantiș in the 56th minute. Eustacio Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jules Spinelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Les 3 Quilles FC's zone, Codrin Izbașa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bat Man came out of the goal and Codrin Izbașa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Eintracht Cernavoda's goalkeeper Eustacio Sotero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eintracht Cernavoda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samuel Alves was slow to take the kick. During this time Les 3 Quilles FC's players had a chance to rest. Samuel Alves made a great header on Les 3 Quilles FC's corner, it was just that Eintracht Cernavoda's Eustacio Sotero managed to reach the ball for a save. Éric Contreras's late challenge caught a Eintracht Cernavoda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 75th minute Rick Grimes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Sotero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Rick Grimes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustacio Sotero. Eintracht Cernavoda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rick Grimes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 81 played minutes Les 3 Quilles FC got a freekick which was hit by Jules Spinelli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codrin Izbașa in the 81st minute of play forced Les 3 Quilles FC's goalkeeper Bat Man to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Aílton Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Les 3 Quilles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Zonta couldn't finish the play. After having played for 85 minutes, Rick Grimes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Les 3 Quilles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rick Grimes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bat Man showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codrin Izbașa in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Les 3 Quilles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszek Kapelski to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Les 3 Quilles FC had won after a very even match.
