After having played for 56 minutes, Robert Macaneață managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.Salgado F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Macaneață was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matt Ryan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Róbert Benkó's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. The tension between the Armada and the F.Salgado F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 93rd minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Armada fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. F.Salgado F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
