Gaming FC's Genaro Ticho suffered a concussion after 9 minutes and had to leave the field. When Maurice Chalaye fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Royal PSG's protests and gave Maurice Chalaye a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, Royal PSG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurice Chalaye to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Roman Berbiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amancio Itzaina charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amancio Itzaina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodolphe Lenain kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. A collision led to Royal PSG getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Alphonse Auer hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Théodore Cordeau made the kick off in the second half. Silverio Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Bacary Filloux made a huge save. In the 56th match minute, eDp! Gaming FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Berbiz to maneuver through the defense. When Rodolphe Lenain came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Royal PSG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolphe Lenain couldn't finish the play. Bacary Filloux made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Luka Modrić sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute Elce Ko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bacary Filloux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in eDp! Gaming FC's zone, Maurice Chalaye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Azeari came out of the goal and Maurice Chalaye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bacary Filloux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luka Modrić in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Modrić came free, but Bacary Filloux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, Royal PSG's Théodore Cordeau made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Azeari was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Théodore Cordeau in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Azeari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Royal PSG's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolphe Lenain in the 75th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rodolphe Lenain got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rodrigo Azeari quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bacary Filloux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elce Ko in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Royal PSG's Rodolphe Lenain got a free kick in the 78th minute. The supporters of eDp! Gaming FC booed when Royal PSG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolphe Lenain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bacary Filloux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elce Ko in the 84th minute of play. Royal PSG's Blaise Desmaris got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
