Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wágner Recife got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Eendracht Vooruit's Wágner Recife sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lou Wegers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Wágner Recife's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lou Wegers was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Mattias Van Elsen in the 8th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Eendracht Vooruit's Balu De Hond. When Eendracht Vooruit's Wágner Recife in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye de belletrekkers's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Eendracht Vooruit's Béla Hamvas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lou Wegers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Recife in the 15th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Lou Wegers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 minutes of play, Eendracht Vooruit's Wágner Recife made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lou Wegers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lou Wegers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wágner Recife's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Atay Türegün made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Kurt de Rudder sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute Wágner Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou Wegers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wágner Recife blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lou Wegers having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wágner Recife in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lou Wegers saved de belletrekkers from getting behind. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's Leon Van Der Meren got a free kick in the 36th minute. Lou Wegers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Encea in the 37th minute of play. Mihai Encea scored 0-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lou Wegers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Eendracht Vooruit were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Paulus Van Hove made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Eendracht Vooruit's Wágner Recife ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lou Wegers. Lou Wegers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. de belletrekkers's Lou Wegers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save de belletrekkers from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Eendracht Vooruit's Gery Burhanuddin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lou Wegers. That made the score 0-6 after 64 minutes of play. 69 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Long Zhen Zhi came free, but Lou Wegers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lou Wegers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gery Burhanuddin in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Eendracht Vooruit's Gery Burhanuddin got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78thth minute of the game Gery Burhanuddin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but de belletrekkers's Lou Wegers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Gery Burhanuddin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lou Wegers. Gery Burhanuddin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. A hard shot by Mihai Encea from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Lou Wegers's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Mattias Van Elsen kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Gery Burhanuddin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Lou Wegers made a huge save. Lou Wegers made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Gery Burhanuddin sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the game, Gery Burhanuddin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lou Wegers. Gery Burhanuddin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Marten Merckx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Lou Wegers managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Eendracht Vooruit's Gery Burhanuddin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Eendracht Vooruit supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Eendracht Vooruit would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
