Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Tiger's Wolf Poll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobromir Robev in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulrich Pickartz got free with Wayne Knoppertz in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arvid Wacker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Wayne Knoppertz made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in DJK Füchtel Vechta's zone, Wolfgang Schürhoff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wayne Knoppertz came out of the goal and Wolfgang Schürhoff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Wayne Knoppertz got control of the ball when Ulrich Pickartz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match, Arvid Wacker got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wayne Knoppertz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Wolf Poll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Robev in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Fox Joseph took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Wayne Knoppertz to make any attempt to save it. Wolfgang Schürhoff charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wolfgang Schürhoff the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Tiger got a freekick which was hit by Wolfgang Schürhoff. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dobromir Robev made a kick off. With a little luck, Tiger's Wolf Poll got control of the ball when Christoph Tiede tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute Ulrich Pickartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wayne Knoppertz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dobromir Robev struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Wolf Poll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DJK Füchtel Vechta. Christoph Tiede's late challenge caught a Tiger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christoph Tiede helped the player get up and apologised. Christoph Tiede kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes DJK Füchtel Vechta got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Jobst. When Innozenz Martinek came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the DJK Füchtel Vechta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Innozenz Martinek couldn't finish the play. Dobromir Robev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Innozenz Martinek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wayne Knoppertz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elis Färber in the 71st minute of play. Wolf Poll made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Dobromir Robev sent off a good shot on target. Dobromir Robev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Wolf Poll made a huge save. 90 minutes into the game, Ulrich Pickartz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Wayne Knoppertz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiger made a substitution. Edmund Schoettle replaced Fox Joseph. DJK Füchtel Vechta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
