The goalkeeper, Wolf Poll, was totally fooled by Möhnsen FC's Peer Hafner, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jörgen Stossun kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Möhnsen FC's zone, Elis Färber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Reichardt came out of the goal and Elis Färber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wolf Poll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricky Bonhoeffer, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Ricky Bonhoeffer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolf Poll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Herber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiger's Rolf Matzken was substituted for Axel Schäuble. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Arne Herber hit a great ball. The Möhnsen FC fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Möhnsen FC's Ricky Bonhoeffer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
