Without hesitation aimed to the right of Keld Paulsen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by 何辉超 in the 21st minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, 山东济宁掘金 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 尹烽晨 to maneuver through the defense. Denmark's Lars Steen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 龚军南 in the 26 minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Keld Paulsen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Denmark's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Denmark's Chris Nygaard quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 龚军南, made in the 53rd minute of the game. When Mikkel Wulff came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikkel Wulff couldn't finish the play. Lars Steen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. 庄然海 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 高傲浩 kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 王邦崇 in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 庄然海 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 played minutes 山东济宁掘金 got a freekick which was hit by 尹烽晨. 吴坚竞 made in the 70th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which 卓宇鸿 however managed to control. 73 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when 王邦崇 came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When 莫升默 fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 山东济宁掘金's protests and gave 莫升默 a yellow card for diving instead. 莫升默 hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The long shot by Lars Steen in the 79th minute really tested 庄然海's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, 山东济宁掘金's 庄然海 got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. 龚军南 made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Lars Steen. After 88 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 庄然海 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 何辉超 in the 93rd minute of play. Denmark were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
