Taio Escalada made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Desportivo Coala's Adriano Massa. Artemio Quintero struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Bernardinho Sharkin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alfonso Ugarte. Alfonso Ugarte's Cresconio Menocal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Andrade in the 16th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, Desportivo Coala's Wágner Andrade made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cresconio Menocal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cresconio Menocal made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Wágner Andrade sent off a good shot on target. Wágner Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Taio Escalada in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Desportivo Coala's Adriano Massa. Alfonso Ugarte's Cresconio Menocal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Andrade in the 29th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Taio Escalada in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Desportivo Coala's Adriano Massa. Horacio Unzaga hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Desportivo Coala's Paulinho Prestes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Alfonso Ugarte getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Leonel Usel hit a great ball. Tebaldo Artolozaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cresconio Menocal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Prestes in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When Wágner Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Desportivo Coala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wágner Andrade couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Desportivo Coala booed when Alfonso Ugarte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Navarro Cuba didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Wágner Andrade sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cresconio Menocal skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Desportivo Coala getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Wágner Andrade hit a great ball. Bento Busto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64thth minute of the game Wágner Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alfonso Ugarte's Cresconio Menocal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wágner Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cresconio Menocal having to interfere. Cresconio Menocal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Andrade in the 71st minute of the match. Cresconio Menocal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Andrade in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Alfonso Ugarte's goal looked a bit too open when Ke Bang Zhen came free, but Cresconio Menocal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wágner Andrade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cresconio Menocal was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Desportivo Coala were the better team. Desportivo Coala's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
