An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Cieliczka in the 10th minute of play forced Hincha Pelotas FC's goalkeeper Hendrik van Eijnde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Iwan Cieliczka looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's attentive Kong Sang Xiang managed to snatch the ball when Urtsin Murueta made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. Hincha Pelotas FC's Hendrik van Eijnde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Faron in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec booed when Hincha Pelotas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Yecora didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Boruc Gotfryd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik van Eijnde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Hincha Pelotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Cieliczka came free, but Hendrik van Eijnde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hendrik van Eijnde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Cieliczka in the 39th minute of the match. Hendrik van Eijnde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Cieliczka, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 43 minutes of play, MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Gustaw Faron made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hendrik van Eijnde was left in no man's land by his defense there! The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iwan Cieliczka was the one to do the kick off. Leonard Olejasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvarez Pierredonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwan Cieliczka got free with Hendrik van Eijnde in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hendrik van Eijnde came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Iwan Cieliczka. But to his dismay, Iwan Cieliczka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Urtsin Murueta hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Roman Zornoza in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Kong Sang Xiang. 89 minutes into the game, Iwan Cieliczka recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hendrik van Eijnde. Iwan Cieliczka showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When the final whistle sounded MZ Zagłębie Sosnowiec left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hincha Pelotas FC.
