Hílton Salles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 21st minute, Segundo Acosta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xavion Ponga was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 24 minutes into the game, Hílton Salles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xavion Ponga. The supporters of El Torero booed when Pxnda SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Colomines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pxnda SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Torero the free kick. Xavion Ponga was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Torero's Sergio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Veloso in the 41st minute of play. Carolo Lorenz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Xavion Ponga made a huge save. With a little luck, Pxnda SC's Xavion Ponga got control of the ball when Carolo Lorenz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uzuri Motrico's late challenge caught a El Torero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uzuri Motrico helped the player get up and apologised. Uzuri Motrico hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 48th match minute, Pxnda SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uzuri Motrico to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hílton Salles was the one to do the kick off.
