Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armando Veloso started the match with the kick off. Thomás Trigo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 3rd minute, Armando Veloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Caarapo SS's zone, Yoel Galarza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidnei de Souza came out of the goal and Yoel Galarza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xavion Ponga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caarapo SS's goalkeeper Sidnei de Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pxnda SC's Armando Veloso got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Caarapo SS's goal looked a bit too open when Yoel Galarza came free, but Sidnei de Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastião de Lima took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xavion Ponga. Xavion Ponga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Urdin Palmadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Armando Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidnei de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Pxnda SC's goalkeeper Xavion Ponga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião de Lima. Sebastião de Lima was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Pxnda SC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Urdin Palmadas hit a great ball. Jonathan Mendes, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Urdin Palmadas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei de Souza having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Sebastião de Lima made the kick off in the second half. Sidnei de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Veloso in the 51st minute of play. Armando Veloso struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Sidnei de Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pxnda SC. 58 minutes into the match, Pxnda SC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião de Lima came free, but Xavion Ponga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Veloso struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Sidnei de Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pxnda SC. Caarapo SS's Sebastião de Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sidnei de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sidnei de Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Veloso went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 68th match minute, Caarapo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. Xavion Ponga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Dracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sebastião de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Enriquez was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Caarapo SS. Jonathan Mendes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Xavion Ponga. 2-1. Xavion Ponga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião de Lima in the 89th minute of play. Caarapo SS's Sebastião de Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Caarapo SS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
