When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Acácio Oliveira made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in El Millo's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Caton came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 61st minute of play forced El Millo's goalkeeper Sergio Caton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Tipi made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Theis Winther.
