Gogo Vergaray hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s zone, Ceferino Rito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Benet came out of the goal and Ceferino Rito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Ceferino Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Chepe's late challenge caught a Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Chepe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Chepe to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Rito came free, but Alonzo Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Ceferino Rito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Ceferino Rito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alonzo Benet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 31 minutes of play, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Ceferino Rito made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alonzo Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. defense, Everardo Cordeara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alonzo Benet. The Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alonzo Benet should have stopped the shot. Alonzo Benet came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Domingos Cordarrell. But to his dismay, Domingos Cordarrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Alonzo Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Sotero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Tuste was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, one of Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ceferino Rito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Domingos Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cleto Saturnin hit a great ball. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Ceferino Rito got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goalkeeper Alonzo Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceferino Rito. After 62 minutes, Ceferino Rito made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Alonzo Benet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Ceferino Rito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 72nd minute Cleto Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 minutes, Domingos Cordarrell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka and the Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Domingos Cordarrell got a free kick in the 76th minute. The nice shot from Gustavo Sotero in the 80thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Alonzo Benet had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. A hard shot 80 in the game by Gustavo Sotero from a close distance when the talented Alonzo Benet managed to make a qualified save. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s players were relieved. Alonzo Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Everardo Cordeara was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's players had a chance to rest. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Everardo Cordeara was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alonzo Benet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 93rd match minute, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Sotero to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Orzaize in the 95th minute of the match. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
