After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Hugo Favoretto managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Joinville - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Favoretto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Igon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gustavo Gustavson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinho Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Maule having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Claudinho Terra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Maule came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by New Joinville - FSCMZ's Marcel Goiano. But to his dismay, Marcel Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The New Joinville - FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bendito Sea El Fernet had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
