Domingos Cordarrell did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Gavino Bras 21 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute of the match, Ceferino Rito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Bras saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edelmiro Leizarraga's late challenge caught a Yaji FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edelmiro Leizarraga helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Edelmiro Leizarraga hit a great ball. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Moises Espiridion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Lalla in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Francesco in the 31st minute of play forced Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goalkeeper Moises Espiridion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustacio Patxi charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustacio Patxi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eustacio Patxi kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Cordarrell in the 36th minute of play forced Yaji FC's goalkeeper Gavino Bras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Bras came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Gustavo Sotero. But to his dismay, Gustavo Sotero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ceferino Rito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Natalio Polentzi could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Moises Espiridion however easily saved by the left post. 54 minutes into the game, Cleto Saturnin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yaji FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Cleto Saturnin got a free kick in the 54th minute. Moises Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Polentzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Natalio Polentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Yaji FC's Jonas Lalla got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Ceferino Rito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The audience was convinced that Ceferino Rito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Bras was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Gustavo Sotero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gavino Bras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute Ceferino Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Bras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustacio Patxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Domingos Cordarrell sped through Yaji FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gavino Bras. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yaji FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
