Gunners's Giorgos Kretsos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roberto Mouzo in the 3 minute of the game. Amado Nisio hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Ruperto Bide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Okanalp Öksal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Gunners's Cipriano Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hıdır Namal in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Aires in the 10th minute of play forced Gunners's goalkeeper Cipriano Urbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eneko Lillo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ruperto Bide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Okanalp Öksal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Gunners's Ruperto Bide dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 46th match minute, Loco De Remate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Emrah Ruşen to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Aires was the one to do the kick off. Cipriano Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gunners's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leandro Virila was slow to take the kick. During this time Loco De Remate's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Loco De Remate's Hıdır Namal getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 60 minutes Gunners's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leandro Virila who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Gunners's goalie and right to Baškim Sumulikovski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Gunners's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Feliciano Iratxo replaced Baškim Sumulikovski. A sloppy throw-in by Roberto Mouzo in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gunners's Giorgos Kretsos. 72 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Muhittin Tuyuğ came free, but Okanalp Öksal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rene Aires hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Okanalp Öksal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Bide in the 74th minute of play. Okanalp Öksal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhittin Tuyuğ in the 77th minute of the match. Okanalp Öksal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruperto Bide went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 83 minutes of play, Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Urbasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Christobal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cipriano Urbasa. Clodoveo Christobal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. 90 minutes into the game, Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Urbasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Loco De Remate had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
